Lawrence County Consumer/ Family satisfaction team
The focus of this program is to provide a strictly confidential way to report consumers’ concerns and increase the level of satisfaction involving the behavioral health services they receive. This is accomplished by visiting provider sites and telephone surveys.
The LC Consumer/ Family Satisfaction Team regularly visit providers of mental health and/or substance abuse services. We ask that the consumer complete an anonymous survey regarding the quality of services they receive.
The information gathered is reported to the behavioral health providers, the Mental Health/ Development Services office, and the managed care company, to ensure that quality services are available to consumers in Lawrence County.
This program also handles complaints for clients who receive services through Beacon Health Options (formerly Value Behavioral Health).
